Recent Sales and Settlements

It has been busy recently at Wedderburn Estates. If you are in the market for Vienna homes, Wedderburn Estates' location cannot be surpassed. We just settled homesite 11; the new homeowners had a positive walk-through with Mike L., our Project Manager, last week to review any remaining items that needed to be addressed - a short list. Also, within the last two weeks, the contract for Lot 1 at Wedderburn Estates has been ratified, and we look forward to beginning construction.
